Kokorec is made of grilled sheep's intestines.It may sounds terrific but it is a delicious street food preferred mostly at the end of a bar night. Sheep's intestines are deep cleaned then rolled to scewers and either get grilled on barbequ or pan . You wil get addicted once you taste it.Prefer kokorec in half or quarter bread as we locals prefer. It is not an item you can taste any random place , please check recommentaitons.
What to try ?
Get kokorec in quarter bread to taste.Do not go for wrap or plate for the first time .
You can either go for the charcoal grilled or pan grilled versions.I prefer charcoal grilled .
